Help with stealth
 

Hi

I am trying to open a stealth account gone through the process of,

1) new user account

2) new email

3) new mobile

4) new address

5) got a vcc number

6) open new paypal confirmed all accept a bank account

7 ) open ebay account confirmed all that was needed

8) Went to list a item asked me to input address and other details then confirm pin, asked about payment said paypal at end said you have reached your selling allowance without listing does anyone know why.

9) tried this about 6 times and just get the same thing so my nut is done in.

I cant see the 'new IP address' in any of those steps.
If youre not using a new IP that's your issue right there.
If you ARE using a new IP address for each of these 6 accounts then something else is linking you. Go over the process again and read the stealth guide again to try to narrow down the issue.

You need to add a "new" bank, and verify it.

Then this should sort itself out.

When you add the bank account, PP tries to get you to do a direct debit mandate. Do you submit it, or just ignore it?

Ignore the direct debit agreement. I predominantly use savings accounts, so the agreement gets declined anyway. P.s. doesn't cause any issues in long run, have accounts running for 3 years+
