Gospendit gift cards.
 

Just a quick update regarding these Visa gift cards. As I said previously in another post, these used to work perfectly on paypal, but last week I used one to verify a paypal account which it did ok. Unfortunately soon after I discovered the card had been blocked when I attempted to purchase something on ebay. After wasting time and money calling gospendit it appears they now block the card if any payments are refunded (the paypal verification refund triggered the card block when it arrived a few days later).

So in view of this I would not recommend using gospendit cards in future. There is no easy way to withdraw any remaining balance from card if it gets blocked. So you have to phone customer services and wait a couple of days for them to unblock card. Too much hassle so best avoid. Shame as they used to work great.
