Limited PayPal - owed money by eBay
 

eBay owes me money from a case appeal that was found in my favour but the PayPal that the account where the money is going is permanently limited (under 18). Paypal has given the ability to withdraw funds but not receive. So what would the next step from here be.

I am the seller in this transaction btw and the refund has already been sent because eBay's system closed the case without even informing me it was open within minutes. Completely disregarding there being tracking showing the item has been delivered and signed for.

Contact ebay, they may credit it to your ebay account.

Unfortunately the impatient or potentially thieving buyer opened a case which might've caused eBay to restrict the account, so I'm not sure if they can do that but I'll call and find out.

SO how did paypal discover you were under 18? How long was the account open for before the limitation?

I'd say about 2 years the account was open and they closed it due to they limited it due to the receiving limit. They discovered I was under 18 because I submitted an ID photo. I knew full well what the outcome would be with that but I didn't expect the buyer to open a case.
