180 days passed, still waiting...

Hi,

180 days passed 3 weeks ago.

By the end of that period I received a refund for my shopping made loing time ago.

While I mail them, I receive response they they review something and will contact me back if need any more details. There is nothing to review in my opinion. Why are they doing this? Acc owner is female. My friend will call them this week.
