same ip using different 3 sim card, months later.

Hello, I have a number of different 3 sim cards. Noticed same ip has reappeared 3-6 months later which i have used on a different paypal account.

Will this be a problem?

I also have a Three (network) 12GB Sim, that has been used on old banned accounts and is still safe to use on new accounts as it's a mobile sim and changes ip every time, The EBay/Paypal systems sees that it's a mobile sim and the IP rotates so it won't flag up even if an old banned ip is being used

There is over 6 million+ IP any network can have, it doesn't make a difference what IP address is being used as PayPal will always see it as ISP address instead of actual one... you'll be just fine don't worry!
