PayPal Limited when I recieve money
 

Ok so I've had this problem recently and it's really starting to do my head in. Every time I sell an item on eBay as soon as I receive payment on my new account it gets automatically limited and starts asking to upload ID etc.

I don't know what could be causing this here is my setup:

• New User Account on Laptop Per Stealth Account
• IP Changed Everytime
• Valid UK Mobile
• UAccount Bank
• BTC VCC

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

Well that amount seems pretty high to be receiving on a new paypal account which would explain the limitation.
How old is the account? if its a new account you got your answer right there. Nothing high risk (also read as - nothing high value) in the first few weeks and/or first few items sold with the account.

If it's as soon as you receive payment then it's the item itself or the amount.

£290 for a first item will always cause issues.

That probably is whats causing it, ill try another and look for lower priced items to sell.

Do you recon £60 is high risk?

Try to add random track number and description for this payment

The problem isn't the money being held its due for release in 2 days. The problem now being that the account is limited and it's asking for ID and proof of address etc.

Problem is that your account is new and you get suddenly huge amount so paypal alert...

first item i wouldnt go above £30.... your account will always definetly get limited when selling items that high in price.

Personally I think it is something else.

I have had a few issues with Uaccount last week. I think some people are caning it to sh*t in a bad way and it is being abused.

Lost 3 accounts over weekend and they are all Uaccount. Low risk items, no linking.

Starting to see little tiny buts of a jigsaw start to come together on this one.

that kind of amount is to high, But i must admit aswell, i did get limited for recieving a 9gbp payment after 10 gbp payment, within 5 hours, and its never happened at all with other accounts

Same here, I have had three PayPal accounts with Uaccount’s on them go down about a few weeks ago.
One was the main account, the other two were savers, receiving payments of £30 and under, low risk, no linking.
I didn’t get a limitation email, so the items from the last transactions were posted, tracking shows delivery and no cases have been opened.

All accounts were treated as stealth. My other stealths with Natwest and Post Office savers are still running without issues.

Stick to low value items, and build your account up from there.

i.e. Sell a bunch of items for £10 (slowly), and then move onto £20 items, then £40 items etc...

Too much, too quick - can lead to limitation.

Also don't go over $500 per mo for the inital 3mo of selling. This easy by spreading your sales among multiple accounts over multiple browsers. I wrote a tutorial for it.

Amount is to high start slow items 20 GBP etc build up reputation first for good 3-4 months then you be ok
