what if i pick an address for my ebay stealth account, but that address is already registered to a fellow ebayer?

well ive been restricted from selling on ebay, so i need to make a stealth ebay account, what else would you suggest?

There are ways to reduce the chances of a property previously having an ebay or paypal account.

Think. What people are least likely to have an ebay account. What would their homes look like?
