Desperate card cancelled
 

Hi,
Can anyone help.
I have 2 web stores and one on ebay uk.
I got an updated credit card as old one has run out.
I payed for some goods on ebay no problem, 2 days later,bought some more or tried paypal said my card I could not use the card.
They have not given a reason,bank says its ok tho.
Then they said it was because I had 2 accounts,as I have had for ages.
Anyway upshot is they told me I had to close my paypal accounts then re-open with the card again.
I did that
But when I opened a new account still couldnt use card, the message just said contact card problems@paypal.
now there saying my card has been blocked on paypal.
So I cant pay fees for 3 sites now and cant get paid by customers as other sites you have to use paypal as well.
What can I do i'm desperate I have orders waiting to be payed for.

Sorry to hear about this problem. What exactly did paypal say? If we know
that, we can try to give a good answer.:peace:

Thats the point they wont give any reason,just that paypal have disabled it on their sytem now and I cant use it anymore.
Thats What makes me really mad, I have bought and sold on ebay and never had a complaint.

They say card is cancelled because it was used for 2 accounts on ebay, despite the fact that the other account was closed months ago, and they just say get a new card, despite the fact the card is a new card!!.

OK, try this then. Remove the card completely from the account. Wait
overnight and enter it again. Although it is annoying, doing this can mean that it will work next time. Or consider getting another card if you need
