paypal asking for invoices
 

Hi,

I had some guy from Egypt who purchased a bottle of vitamins from my ebay.

Shortlt after the order I received Please respond within 7 days case from paypal. I logged in, clicked on resolve and refunded the payment.

I noticed that its not enough (I did not received any other email etc. ). They want me to submit my DL again, contact details, etc. Also invoices and proof of a postage for few orders. Those are probably delivered by now and they can check the tracking.

I gave them a call and they want my invoices or receipts or whatever. Yes, I can make them, etc. easy. The question is should I use the big name company who manufacture those vitamins or my business buddy from USA who sells them to me?

Is your buddy someone with a legitimate business? If so I would use them personally

OK. I think the same. The issue marked on paypal is medium, so hopefully they will let me go.

Do they do any checks at all? Do they check any business details, etc?

They just want to know the goods are legit and you have the items to hand.
