eBay Messages not sending through email replies!!?
 

So for the past year I've been replying to eBay messages using the Samsung email app with no problems. Once I receive an email containing the eBay message, I'd simply click reply, enter my message and the buyer would receive my reply.

However recently I have been replying with buyers not receiving the replies. Now instead I have to log into my stealth accounts and reply on the eBay website to ensure my buyers actually receive a reply.

Has anyone else had this problem recently, or does anyone still reply to eBay messages via an email app instead of the actual eBay website? Thank you to those who reply :)

never had this problem with gmail. Call into ebay may help you learn why. Maybe it is your email. Maybe it is your app or maybe it is ebay. Hard to know.

Im having the exact same problem.

Ive narrowed it down to about seven days ago when this has started happening but it could even be longer- but ive only just noticed. Literally hundreds of customer messages I havent replied to.

eBay say there is no issue - as ever.

Im using Gmail through Safari with images turned off.

Have you had any joy figuring it out?

Yes, i can confirm this is happening over all my accounts that use Gmail.

Inly just realised , basically the hundred or so messages ive sent this week havent appeared. Could of caused me no end of trouble.

Anyone any ideas as to wh this is happening?
