eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Ebay delay with listing (not new seller)

Is there a current known issue for a delay in a listing showing up? I am not a new seller and usually all my listings appear within 10 minutes or so, but today has been over an hour and still nothing.
Anyone shed any light on why this could happen?

It can take anything up to 24hrs according to eBay

The time it takes depends on numerous factors, including but not limited to you how long you've been a seller, what category your listing in, what listing features were selected etc.

If it's not showing up after 24 hours, then contact ebay. Otherwise just wait patiently in the meantime.

I register my ebay account on Ebay.com.hk and post on ebay.com. All my listing will be delay by exactly 12 hours. I always plan ahead, not a big deal.
