uaccount Bug
Some of us have had problems getting a u-account, getting an error message in the Password field. After weeks of arguing with them, they have now admitted to me a bug in their application form is responsible.
Any address with a / in it (12/3 Any Street) will get the error. The workaround while they fix the bug, which they hope to do shortly, is to manually change the / to a - (12-3 Any Street) and you'll be up and running.
Hope that helps anyone in flats with this numbering system who might have given up on getting a u-account!! |
