Yes you can buy an account and attach to your own paypal. speak to an account seller about this. The acc sellers mainly have USA?UK stuff though and it would be better to make your own Country ebay though, it would work better. Is your ebay dead and the paypal that was attached to it still going....if you wish to re-use this linked paypal there are risks to that of course....
