eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums

On my sold listings emails I've had the following paragraph at the bottom.

"While you're establishing a successful track record, access to funds from buyer payments has been delayed.*Learn more"

Does anyone know how long this restriction lasts for? It's been on every single "Sold" email I've received. 1st sale was 17th May.

how much are you selling each of the item for? this usually occurs on high risk items. seldom on low

Its the 21 day payment holds that is on accounts for the first 90 days from first sale.

Up until last night the funds were not being held by Paypal. However, when I withdrew funds from Paypal on Friday it was the first time that I hadnt had to call them to withdraw. The previous several weeks I've had to call them before every withdrawal.

prices range from 99p up to £50.00. All high risk.

Thank you. I thought it might be but just wanted clarification on 90 days rather than 60.
