Hello guys, Im new here. Question is, paypal permanently restricted and I should pay £2400 eBay fees, but as I understand i cant pay eBay fees from restricted paypal account? If so, can I withdrown all money in 180 days (incl. money for ebay fees) and didnt pay ebay fees at all? Ebay and PayPal not on my name, but bank account on paypal - on my name. Yes i know that my ebay will be suspended... but question is - Ebay can somehow find me? :s
Also I want to buy new verified UK ebay/paypal account.

Just pay the fees you owe, you used the service, you pay the fees. That's how I view it.

Also you're not totally anonymous. It can be led back to you if they go deep enough.

I wouldnt pay it.

They suspended you. So let them week. They will never find you, its near impossible for that to happen and extremely costly legally and they definitely wont do it for £2k.

Unless you've been screwed by eBay, you'd be better off paying them back. Worst case scenario they'll email you couple of times to pay up. Eventually your ebay account will be suspended, they then pass details over to collection agency. Who then spent several months trying to contact you for payment. Finally if they still fail to get payment from you, you'll be offered 50% off. ie. pay half the money owed and that's the end...

i happy to pay, but all money on paypal which was restricted. As i understand ebay cant take money from such paypal account (restricted)?

Never heard or read before, about eBay collection agency negotiating 50% of the due fees.
This is really new to me.

Not sure when was the last time you experienced this however I'm speaking from the past 2/3 months...

No they can't take money from a limited PayPal account

Guys, can I add to my eBay account another paypal? Or if I add another paypal, paypal again restricted? Cause ebay acc with 100% positive feedback + top seller, I want to sell some stock and than pay all my ebay fees...

The paypal will just get limited again, just message or call ebay and tell them you will pay it in 180 days, in the meantime get building some back up accounts so this type of thing doesn't happen again.
