stealth paypal and limited company?
 

My and my wifes paypal got suspended this DEC.

Got 2 stealth paypal accounts right now. 3-4 month old as well as ebay.

Accountant advised me to open a LTD company and start everything under LTD company name. I will eventually need to be VAT registred in the furure. Probably by the end of this year.

Here is the problem. paypal accounts are stealth and LTD company got real address and names which were used with suspended accounts.

I can link paypals to new account, savings account but still they will have diffrent names. Opening new paypal for ltd is not the best scenario to start everything all over again, got suspended, etc.

Accountant seems to be very martinet precisian person this is why I am asking if this is necessary at all.

What is the best scenario for me as I want to get focused on making that revenue.

As I understand it PayPal will require the mans & addresses of the company directors, which will cause a problem if using stealth details

The name won't necessarily link you.. there are a ton of people with the same names across the world. It is other things like tax ID,etc.. not sure how it works in the UK. Those are the things that have to be new and not connected to your old burned accounts.

Name date of birth cause real issue, can be people with same name but then same date of birth is impossible, if anyone find solution plz share as far as I know it's not possible
