Paypal withdrawal over 72 Hours
 
I requested a withdrawal on the 31st July and its been 12 hours over that and still nothing. Should i be worried?

No need to worry mate its not always exactly 72 hours, a couple of my new accounts have this problem lately but always goes through eventually.

Couldn't agree more, it does happen especially if the account is less than 60 days old from new. I'd give it an additional 24hrs max before any worries... worst case scenario would be funds are reversed & account is limited pending further verification etc.
