I made amazon Account and it was suspended asking for documentation. Is it normal?

Yes its normal to be asked for documents... You must provide them to restore your account or complete registration to begin selling.

If Amazon feels that your account is a bit suspicious they will do whatever they need to do and they will do it quickly.
