UK paypal withdrawal error. Any suggestion?
Hello!
Tried few days ago to withdraw for the 1st time (though I have also sent payment through it) after adding and verified bank, I entered the amount and clicked next then it said they need to verify some information and took me to enter the full VCC detail which I had forgotten. 24hrs later, I replaced the VCC and gave it a few more days to attempt to withdraw again.
I entered the amount and clicked next then it says we need to confirm some information about you, I clicked next then it showed the red error triangle with a text information below saying we can help... It shows the link to send them a message or call them to explain the problem.
I just closed the window.
I guess it was looking for the previous VCC which I have now removed and replaced.
Has any one experienced this before and possible outcome? |
