Can You Withdraw Without A Bank Account Attached To eBay?
 

Apologies,

A noob question:

If I buy a package that includes the following can I withdraw money from the provided PayPal into an overseas PayPal without having an actual Bank account attached?

- Ebay Stealth account
- verified PayPal
- virtual credit card attached
- phone number verified

Reason:

I'm living in Thailand and want to sell products that are located in the UK, just want to make sure I can withdraw the funds to my Thai PayPal which is linked to my Thai bank without having any bank connected to the stealth eBay account that I'm planning to purchase in the UK.

Have heard conflicting things, some saying that you need a bank account connected and not just a Virtual Credit Card to withdraw funds to another PayPal.

Any advise or answer to this question would be much appreciated!

You can link the UK Ebay to your Thai Paypal

If you have a paypal why not you linked your ebay account with it ?
