PayPal Return - Refresh my Memory
 

Its been years since I've had one of these, so things may of changed.

Scam buyer, so its highly likely he wont send it back if i opt to click the return/refund option, but if he does

1. I remember there not being any provision to add a separate return address, it has to be returned to the address on file

2. IF he does send it, when he puts in the tracking number - is this visible to me, so once I see its sent I can refund? It used to be only visible to PayPal

I know eBay give you a message when it is sent, due to them issuing the tracked mail slip. Not sure about paypal....but why not hit the 'accept return' button and then wait 3 days and email the buyer direct to ask if he has posted or not..

YEah sorted now, This was specifically to do with PayPal, not eBay anyway.
