HSBC with PayPal stealth
 

Hi my eBay account which was suspended had a PayPal in my name

I opened new eBay and PayPal account and used and built for 2 years

I opened HSBC account now and can I add that to my PayPal account? Old bank was another bank on old PayPal

If you "just" opened it, give it a few days before adding it. Usually works out a lot smoother. Adding new bank accounts just opened don't always work with PayPal.

Just to make it clear

So old eBay account was suspended but PayPal account I still use

New eBay account working 2 years with new PayPal. If I add a new HSBC business account to that which has been active for few days. Will that cause a link? As the HSBC account registered in my name and the business addesss which was banned before ?

If the HSBC Bank account your adding to your new working PayPal account is as you say, a new bank account, never used on PayPal before by you, then your okay to add it.

Only under certain circumstances do PayPal see the name on your bank (i.e. when you use it to fund a purchase, as oppose to using your PayPal balance).
