About Royal Mail Services
Applied Royal Mail business account(OBA) for couple days.
Used Click&Drop for a week, seems nothing wrong with. Received a call from RM staff, I was told to must use the bag with zip tie and labels they provided, also was told to print the manifest sheet and show to the post office, otherwise my customers may not receive the parcels..:confused::confused: And the thing is every time I show the sheet to post office, they said they do not need it at all.
Anybody encounter same situation? |
