So I have created my own stealth account

added & confirmed VCC

Tried to sell a small value low risk item, got hit with this

What was your selling allowance to start of with? From the sounds of things you started with a 0/0 limit.

This usually happens if you don't link your eBay account to a verified PayPal account.

You need to add a bank and verify your PayPal. Then follow the procedure to get higher limits. You should then end up with 10/£650 monthly limits.

If you need higher limits to start with, you'll need to buy a ready made account with high limits.

thanks yea I bought a cashplus card, so waiting on that to come, hopefully should sort things

it says to confirm your bank account with PayPal....so go to your bank account ...get the code....and confirm your account. learn the stealth way before attempting to buy an account...if you can't open one you are doing something wrong...and don't understand the method

It's Sunday...if you initiated on Friday or Saturday, could happen on Monday or Tuesday
