PayPal - request for additional information - business account
 

Hi all. PayPal have limited me, and are requesting business registered number, information about the directors, letters of authorisation etc. Until I provide all this info.

I'm a legitimate business with two directors, both directors are banned from eBay. Not from PayPal that I can recall.

Should I submit all their info, will I get blocked? The PayPal account is owned by my stealth name. But they need all the real info on the business. If I submit this, will they link me??

is it possible for you to post a screenshot on here of the info they are requesting?

usually if you select the sole trader option, you can skip all of that.

if you have already submited docs to prove your are an LTD then you have no choice but to fill it in and hope for the best because you cannot lift the limits without this..
