A buyer opened a case on 18 September and closed it today 04 October, Even though i received an email notifying me the funds have been released they are not showing in paypal and the hold for the transaction is no longer showing in paypal either. This is the first time i have bothered to check, god knows how many times this may of happened. Any advice would be really appretiated.

Search back into Paypal history and view original transaction when buyer bought item. It should show status of payment as reversed, pending or completed?

I looked back at the transaction and can't see any status info but its not showing as hold. It seems like the funds are taking off hold after a certain amount of time during the case being opened. Would that make sense?
