Paypal Business Account Set up
 

Trying to setup PayPal Business account, but myself have used account before (individually) for business and it’s got limited. Due paypal policy I am not risking to open account again with my name.
So what I do is that I put one more director in the company to setup account with his name. However PayPal required to put “shareholder” where I am the one. Has anyone ever had experience with this? If I put myself there as a shareholder however account is registered with a director name who never had a paypal, is that a problem? Please share your experience with a PayPal business account.
The account will be UK based.

They want full information of all the directors of the company with how much share they own in company

Read stealth guide.

Open account as Premier/Personal (both same), and just use that.

Spread sales over multiple accounts so it doesn't flag you up as a business seller, forcing you to upgrade and provide director info.
