eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - VCC for UK ghost payments

Anyone know a good place to get these? I've tried entropay, uquid and crytopay but I'm constantly getting the message "sorry we can't process your payment.... blah blah blah" and the option to pay by debit/credit card is taken away from the checkout page. I've tried various combinations of new user accounts, different OS in VM's, mobile app, VPN's, mobile data etc... so I know it's not an issue in my set up somewhere PayPal but be blocking the card issuers.

I know the mastercard and visa gift cards work but they're fee's are too high.
