Ebay pay fees

Hi

I see here that Entropay no good for Paypal.

But also it seems Ebay, now all the accounts I made with EP are dead in the water after a few days.

Wondering if it's the time of year, or EP is completely finished with?

*still ok for paying fees, but not at account creation point
