Damned Entropay ...
 

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help; I've desperately been trying to create a stealth account for days and it's driving me up the wall. Entropay are the latest problem.

I read on the forums that you can create multiple virtual cards with them. Yeah right. The "Create a new EntroPay Virtual Card" link is greyed out and unavailable. The one Entropay number I have is linked to a suspended account so I really need another - any idea what the problem might me and how to get around this latest hurdle? It's not even as though Entropay let you set up more than one account. Arghh...

Mail customer support, there normally quick too repsond, are you sure your initial card for funding is still valid, i also recall them putting account into dormant mode if not used for X amount of days/months.

Many thanks, will do. The card is not expired but I've not used the account this year - maybe that's it. Fingers crossed ....

To be fair, they replied within 20 minutes saying they have concluded their "investigation" (!) and that my account was up and running again

Don't entropay sound like PayPal with their "investigations"...!

^^^not really. Entropay usually just ask for the reasons for creating the account & for ID. Never had problems myself :peace:
