Re: Idiot customers are.... idiots I find eBay always side with the seller when the seller calls them, and then sides with the buyer when the buyer calls them, but when a case is opened, it's already decided in the buyers favour before you've even argued your case - Some would call it hypocrisy.
Bottom line - just accept return, postage for a piece of clothing shouldn't be more than around £3, you'd recoup most of your fees from transaction being cancelled. Then just resell the item.
Putting aside ethics, and whats right, is it worth making a fuss and wasting your time over a £3 loss? (or thereabouts) |
