UK pay-pal credit card Issue
 

Hi, after failing with the tesco / Morrison gift card and master card .

I finally ordered a brand new halifax bank credit card when i tried to add the card to pay-pal I'm getting the same message
(We're sorry, we can't add this card. Please try adding a different card to your account)

Note : I didn't use this paypal account for over 2 years.
The credit card was expired in 2014. I restart using this paypal 3 weeks ago so i can sell to sell on ebay again.

Both pay_pal and e-Bay are stealth account which was bought here...

Am I doing something wrong?
Should I contact paypal?


Please help me out....

Your real card from halifax will fail the AVS check when adding it, hence why pp won't accept it.

Have you added a bank account to the account?

If so, you don't need a vcc.

Yes, i've already added my bank account to it .
just need a credit card.

what should do next ?

You don't actually have to add a card

If its bank verified then that is enough

You wont be able to add in an actual physical bank issues card though as they will fail the AVS checks

i just checked my paypal status
and i've got this message

You can't use PayPal anymore

At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity on your account that's not in line with our User Agreement, and we can no longer offer you PayPal services.

Any bank account or credit card details linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive money. so basically this paypal account is gone :(

i managed to withdraw my money...

can i add a new paypal account to EBAY ? or the ebay account will be gone soon?

You would need both a new eBay and a new PayPal

Something has gotten the account limited so it may be worth going over how you make and run your accounts :)

By posting the paypal Reference ID on here you have now allowed paypal to identify the username you use on this forum. So before asking anymore questions or opening any fresh stealth accounts I would change your forum username to avoid linking to your banned paypal account. Yes, maybe I'm being paranoid but better safe than sorry :)

I'd strongly suggest you read the stealth guide before you open a new ebay/paypal and burn through new bank accounts as you learn from your mistakes.
