I'm from the UK and would like to start selling via USA ebay/paypal stealth.

If I purchase some USA stealth accounts, how do I go about adding USA bank accounts and withdrawing funds?

I have seen VBA mentioned.

Are paypal limitations as strict as UK paypal?

What you could do is use a UK PayPal with a eBay from the US

Using a US PayPal can lead to a lot of other issues. EIN being a major one if you are outside the US

I don't want anything to do with UK paypal. Nothing but problems with limitations on all new accounts.

Getting funds out of your account? They can sting you for what they call suspicious activity.

Cost of internet access.

Reality of needing a bank account for withdrawal.

JamesNorth101 is right, the problem is PayPal... any PayPal in any country.
Go stealth with UK PayPal (make more than one pair eB+PP) you will succeed.
