I am searching for AVS VCC for UK
Аfter 1 month of use of Paypal in the UK I was asked to verify the data. Asked for address documents and confirmation of the card.
My account is stealth. Because I do not have access to the originally registered VCC,I tried to to attach a new one, but did not allow me. Then I deleted the old one and and I tried to put it back and got up. The next day, however, I was limited to everything. I can neither send nor receive money anymore. I can not delete the old card. I tried with VBA but it did not happen there. Is there a problem with VBA and VCC my provider or from Paypal.What can I do in this case?I read that only an AVS can be added when the account is limited to confirmation. Please help me !
