Nightmare. Ebay automatic return label. Serious concern
 

Ebay now automatically issuing return label when buyer which to return goods. Not even waiting for sellers to accept return. Someone's xmas has come early receiving several parcels they don't know where it came from.

I was on the verge of losing an almost £300 product been returned, it took several phone calls to convince the buyer not to use the return label that ebay issued them.

I am very much on a cross road now and don't know the better way to approach this. Need to thread carefully.

What are your suggestion?

No issues at all. Let ebay handle the return and have it sent to your return address in your settings.

I let ebay handle all returns. I dont have the time or desire to mess with that.

I'd suggest using a relative or friends address to receive returns and giving them some gift or pocket money to return the favour. If you dont have understanding relatives hire a unit on an industrial estate you can use it as a tax expense too.

PO Box, UPS box etc...is much easier and more professional.

Simply login to eBay > go to your addresses > change your returns address.

Use an address you've not used before, and one you have access to.

Dont tamper with any other addresses as it can flag up the account.
