PayPal taking longer to issue funds

So I'm using a new stealth account and I'm given the old 21 days days hold, which was usually cut down to 3 after adding a tracking number. However, after adding a tracking number it's saying I still need to wait 7 days for the funds to be released.

Is this a new feature or is there a workaround for this? The 3 day hold was annoying as it was never mind 7 days.

Its usually the date of delivery + 3 working days

So it depends on what you have used as your postal method and what your selecting as your handling time
