Can I log in my Paypal at outside of UK
 

hello.Now Im at Japan.I got the UK paypal account.
I want to use my paypal account to withdraw money.
What's the IP address I need to use? Japan or UK(through VPN)
If I use VPN to change my IP,is it will cause limited?thanks

you need a uk ip or you can try vpn but do a search on forum as it can cause limitation, blacklogic does unique ips..

Ive never had any problems with different country ip addresses, i always wondered what the big deal was actually, you should be fine using the jap one mate.

I would stay away from vpn's because you could get the same ip address as someone else has previously had and get linked and suspended.

agreed, ive not had problems using uk ip for foreign accounts, within Europe, as for Japan I was just being on the safe side..as I have no experience of that, I think blacklogic is a safe one Ive read on forum, they have a uk server, plus they have unique ips you can purchase. Dont try another vpn without checking feedback about it first, as many are flagged by paypal.

I have read about US based people administering UK accounts from US ips, so it is probably possible. I had a US account for a while and nothing happened when I played around with it on a UK ip, for me actually the ip wasnt the problem , that is relatively easy, getting a US bank account was my problem, so I stopped..

The only thing you can do mike uk is to try it and see..
