A big problem when confirming the card, please help!
Hello after 1 month of use of Paypal in the UK I was asked to verify the data. Asked for address documents and confirmation of the card .My account is stealth. I made a driver's license and electricity bill. Because I do not have access to the originally registered VCC,I tried to to attach a new one, but did not allow me. Then I deleted the old one and and I tried to put it back and got up. The next day, however, I was limited to everything. I can neither send nor receive money anymore. I can not delete the old card.
Then I talked to them and asked for a card statement.
! After I made another credit card statement and released Paypal to the starting position. That is, I can now return money, but I have a ban to just pull and send. Now I only have to confirm the map. Any ideas ? I'm not limited to my account. I talked to them and they asked for this card statement and said they would let it go. But now they want a confirmation card again so I can use it 100%.And I can not attach a new one. Can I make a double card with the old number and get the confirmation code there? Or what would You advise me to deal with? |
