Currently using a Vodafone MiFi to tether my laptop through Giffgaff gigabag (500mb per month for £5). Noticed it 1) runs out quickly and 2) forces me to find free public wifi somewhere to log into ebay/paypal. Is there an easier way to get online with my stealth account? My banned ebay account is used on my IP to buy off ebay so not sure how to get around current situation without linking my stealth and banned IP.

Yes you can. Nothing wrong with tethering to your phone since your phone's IP is changing all the time anyway as you move around. Just don't open those apps. It would probably be better to go ahead and delete them unless you use them for buying or something..

I am using them for buying so can't really delete. Will it still matter? Can I use my phone's IP with ebay/ppal apps on without opening them, just to tether? thanks
