Question about importing and selling unbranded phones
 
Would it be an issue if I was to import unbranded smartphones into the UK. Obviously these looks like every other smartphones you see on our high street.

So, would I have problems with custom clearance and would I have problems selling same on ebay?

Pending they don't have any logos then I cannot see that customs would stop them

Why are you asking the forum this instead of your shipper/agent?

The "looks like" part could cause custom problems...

Very risky

Even without logo custom will still seize them since it's copy of well brands and shapes are same, these big companies also register designs

As e2free suggested, design patents would be a cause for concern.

If the design of these phones dont look identical to your common iphone or samsung etc. then I'd say you'd be fine.
