Problem selling with stealth account U.S from italy?
 

Hi to all
I need to do a stealth paypal account and i was thinking to a U.S account but the problem is that I'm in Italy and when i'll sell i'll have some trouble i think
1) I show in paypal that I live in U.S but i'm shipping from Italy
2) when i need to call them to resolve a dispute how i do? i need to find a service that figures that i'm in U.S and not in italy ( i need this because every time otherwise i lose the dispute...)
3) How can i withdraw the money anonymously? there are some Visa gift cards or other pretty methods?
I would buy right now the course and read the entire forum but just today i lost 900€ for a paypal account limited and it's not good :nono: and i have a limited amount of money around 200€
Could pls somebody give me some advices?

You need to buy the book to learn stealth however addressing your other concerns:

- If I have understood you want to open a USA paypal/eBay and sell in this country, whilst shipping from Italy? In theory where the goods ship from doesn't matter (from Paypal point of view) however it is likely your customers will get annoyed waiting longer delivery time + customs charges etc

- Plan not to have any disputes!

- As far as I am aware there is no way to withdraw money anonymously and you will need a bank account. I think this might be your biggest problem with pretending to be USA, as I am unsure if you can add an international bank account to an "American" paypal account.

Yes i just bought the Book. Do you think that is better a Uk stealth account? i think it's safer and the delivery time is more reasonable.
I want to understand 1 think: i explored the forum and saw a thread of selling accounts paypal and with the written "don't buy if you haven't a bank account to attach".
Why this? it can't go with only the verification, a virtual credit card or a prepaid?
i used an account new without anything like cards, verification or other things and i was able to receive around 200+200€ with only the 21 day block.

Without a bank account I have no idea how you are going to get the money out of PP.

I'll take out the money in this way:
a mine friend make a service/item to sell i buy the item and he gives me the money in cash and i don't open an italian pp now because i have a small amount of time and i can't wait to "maturate naturally" an account xD

I am sure that this will flag something at Paypal (i.e only buying "something" from the same seller over and over.

If you want a UK account, and you are going to withdraw the money by sending it to a friend, why don't you just buy an already matured account from the marketplace here?

Yes LMG is what i want to do but i don't want to do a Bank account to withdraw the money, and is for this reason that i'll use the pp account to receive 200/800$ to my funds and after buy 1 or 2 think to a different friend every time.
I have some questions:
when i buy a uk account with all limit removed i can receive 1650£ and exceed the 2500€ ue limit without problems right? from @Ebayorbust store.

Because i need to receive an high amount of money in 1/2 months and for this reason i bought a verified account.
I'll do also an italian PP and i'll make it grow slowly without hurry.

Just so you know, buying a "Verified" account doesn't mean anything.....it doesn't automatically make it better.....it just means it's "verified".

Not a good idea, if you cannot wait for the account to age.

Actually even an aged account is flagged without a bank for UK, you would need to do small amounts to fly under the radar.

verified means you can accept over the limit, but the red flags would still come up, as you are not adding a UK bank and withdrawing to bank, you are sending to other paypals, and these would be the first or nearly the first transactions on the account.

You might get limited.
