Question about VPN

I have setup one stealth account and have configured IP Burger VPN and all works great. In the process of setting up another stealth account, so I created an additional windows user account.

My question, is there a way to assign VPN profiles to different windows user accounts? I want to avoid anything manual.

If this is not possible my other option is VM Ware and different virtual PC’s for each stealth account. Means investing in a more powerful PC.
