Paypal limited. Docs submitted 72hrs ago. Still no reply?
 

As title suggests, my account got limited with following message....

As part of our commitment to providing the best possible experience for buyers and sellers, we perform routine reviews of merchant accounts.****

We tried to call you, but we couldn't reach you. To allow time to review this in more detail, we've temporarily limited what you can do with your account until you submit the information you need to provide and take the actions listed.

Check that you've answered all questions and provided all information we ask for to restore your account as soon as possible.

Business Model Information:
*- Give a projection of the volumes you expect to receive each month for the next 6 months (specify currency).
*- Provide a copy of any invoices from your suppliers for the merchandise sold. An invoice is an original bill of sale referencing where you purchased or acquired the items you're selling along with the name and phone number of your supplier. *Note: We can't accept Pro Forma invoices as valid unless accompanied by proof of payment.
- Sales venue (website, ..)*

- Provide tracking numbers/proof of delivery for the following transactions received into your PayPal account:

I submitted all imfo over 72hrs with no reply yet. Should I be worriex?
This isnt the first time the accounts been limited with the same message. Its my own legit account. No stealth.
I had no problems gathering all info and did so within hours of the account being limited so why is it taking paypal so long to reply?
Should I be worried?
Only thing I can think is that one of the items i supplied tracking for is still in shipping process and not been delivered yet?

They take ages mine took 2 weeks sometime I’ve had accounts take longer or get perment restriction

Sadly 72 hours is nothing.

Documents can and do take longer for appraisal.

Last time it was limited with similar message it was un -limited in 48hrs.
Ive sent a polite email asking for an update

How many times have you been limited and reinstated on this account - just once? Could also be involved in the delay of reinstatement

A few times in past 5 years. At first it was to send in ID, lift limits etc.
Last year it was same message as this time. Asking for details of products sold and supplier details.

Ah ok - so more info that was missing. Glad you keep getting reinstated but you might want to consider building backups...never quite know when the next limitation could be the last....just saying

Just checked back and last time it was limited was 19th may last year with following info required

Business Model Information:
- Give a projection of the volumes you expect to receive each month for the next 6 months (specify currency).
- Give a full description of the items sold or services provided.
- Specify the average dispatch and delivery timeframes for the items sold.
- Provide the name and address of your main suppliers.
- Provide details of any other sales venues you use (physical store/showroom, website...etc.)

Provide tracking numbers/proof of delivery for at least 5 transactions received in last two months into your PayPal account

Ive applied to sagepay for an account. I used to use CCNow as it was ideal for my needs.
Generate invoices to let customers pay me via paypal without the need to have my own website

I liked CCNow but have not used it in awhile - is it still active?

And as indicated, 72 hours isn't long in PP's eyes so hope for a good answer soon

I tried to reactivate my ccnow account but theyve gone.
A quick search revealed they stopped payments to customers and kept the cash

Emailed paypal again yesterday. Got a reply at saying my review hadnt taken place yet.
Then another email 45mins later saying they had re-opened the account.
Im now worried that once my working capital loan has been repaid in full that theyll limit the account for good.

That happened sometime last year or 2016 - guess it never got resolved - sadly, it was a great service minus the higher % fee on payments...ah well
