Some let direct debits out, but it rare.

The other 2 options are your best bet. The first being the best method for a strong account really

Just don't want to waste a current account on this particular stealth account, especially when I can open regular savers within the same account. I'm only using my current accounts for really strong aged PayPal accts that I have

I'd rather have them (a friend) purchase an item, to make it seem legit. Then use that money to pay ebay fees.
