PAYPAL LIMITED help: "Verify your account using your bank or debit or credit card"

My account was limited:
I have uploaded the identity

the last step says

"Verify your account using your bank account, debit or credit card
Confirm bank account or credit card"

currently i have a natwest bank + entropay card, the account has been limited for over a year.

Bank Ac/c: The name and address do not match the paypal details, as we know this is not an issue when opening the account.

What is the best course of action, when i opened the account entropay was ok, but now people are saying avoid, i also have an unused vanilla card

Does verify mean they will match name and address?

They just want you to verify the card or bank on file by adding the 4 digit check number they send to your bank statement/ cc statement.

Go to wallet, and click on your bank account, verify the bank account by sending the 4 digit number, login to online banking, check the number then go back to your wallet and click on the bank account. Add the 4 digit number and its done.

Alternatively you can do the same with the card, you will need to check your vcc statement for the 4 digit number. If its entropay I wouldn't bother with this option.

As the banks already added I would just use that.
