17 negative feedbacks received, relevant team don't operate online?
Hi all,
100% positive account received 17 negative feedbacks today from one buyer.
The buyer placed 17 orders (didn't pay) then realised they wouldn't receive the orders in time so asked if I would cancel.
I cancelled all orders within 24 hours.
2 weeks later they email stating eBay have black-marked their account due to me cancelling the orders so left 17 negative feedbacks?
I usually call eBay or use the live chat but today when I used the live chat the lady informed me the team who deals with feedback do not operate online and need to be emailed which can take 48-72 hours to get a response.
This is new to me, is this correct?
