PP Limited Resolution Centre
 

My PayPal recently just got limited, just sent it doc's (ID, Proof of address).

The issue I have it say's 'Provide Business Information', 'Supplier Contact Info' & 'Provide Invoices'.

I don't have any of these, as I'm not a business and I'm only selling old clothes, household items & DIY - basically a heckload of old items as I'm moving house in 2 weeks and no longer have any use for none of this.

What should I do?

just tell them that it is your old stuff. They give a checklist but it can be generic.
or just make or edit a pic of a receipt from a charity shop, there are receipt generators online too

also what about the business info even though I'm not a business?

Are you aware about what action of you pulled the trigger ?
I guess this is a key point on how to resolve this limitation if its temporarily.

try via email or chat, but if not then you need to call.

again, if you are not a business then say so.
