Whichever provider you go with be sure to get a VPN which has a fresh IP address and is dedicated solely to you - unlike what HMA would offer you which is both a recycled IP address and is shared amongst thousands of users.

The only proper way to do thigns is to get a fresh and dedicated IP solution.
All of these mass driven VPN services are blacklisted as they were used and abused long ago.

I never use ANY VPN anymore. Much better if you use your Mobile Sims Internet. More realiable, and cheap :)

Sometimes public vpns and paid vpns are best than so called exclusive virgin ip services... This is my pov... People use VPN all the time for security.... I do my self lots of users here ...But creating lot of stealth accounts from exclusive service which are meant to use for paypal sucpicouts and fishy to my eye :) ... But who knows :( .. i am using my USA account (verified with SSN myself as i am dual citizen ) using with pure vpn

The issue with using public/overused/abused vpns starts with using them to signup to eBay or Paypal in the first place. That's when you get suspended real quick.

Take an account you've been using for a year or so, hop onto a public VPN and you're "unlikely" to have an issue.

But still, you should play it safe in my opinion.
