Where do i find the info on getting my ebay account reinstated
 

When I bought the eBay guide I noticed one of the benefits offered was that there were supposed to be some area on the forum you would get access to where you could get your questions answered promptly regarding eBay etc issues.
One issue mentioned was learning how to get your restricted eBay account reinstated.
I would like to know where this area is as I still have a hundred questions and am no closer to being able to sell on eBay.

My eBay account selling priveledges were taken away when eBay did not accept some receipts I gave them for items I had listed they requested via MC011

I need to see if I can get this accounts selling priveledges fixed before I scrap this one and make another as have good feedback I built up.

I also have another eBay account that was closed years ago with 5 times as much feedback.
Where do I find out if either of them can be fixed?

The only way to get an account reinstated is to call ebay and hope they listen.

Theres no secret formula or trick that can help you.

I believe you gain access to the subscriber's forums.
Not sure how much help that will be though given your story. As 'Just_smile' mentioned calling in is probably your best bet although it does sound like those accounts are lost.
