Help please on PayPal linking
 

Hi,
New to the forum and appreciate all the helpful info on here.
Just a quick question on PayPal/eBay linking.

My eBay is operational, but restricted from selling in the category that I need. Linked to a verified and unrestricted PayPal.

If I convert the PayPal to a business account, it will allow me to set up a 2nd, personal account.

If I link this 2nd PayPal to a stealth eBay account, will it get picked up.
It will have a new IP and email address.
Can eBay see past the linked PayPal email address?

I believe using the same name, address and documents to create a 2nd paypal (personal account) will be more than enough for paypal to link the two and therefore eBay will also know.
